We accept order cancellations within 24 hours of purchase or before your order is shipped. You can notify us via email or phone.

We strive to process and ship orders within 5 business days of your purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the season, typically ranging from 6 - 12 business days.

Damaged Shipments
If your package is damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately. Be sure to note any visible damage on the freight bill upon delivery. If hidden damage is discovered after the carrier has left, retain the packaging and contact the carrier to file a claim. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Manufacturer Defects
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Service team before returning the item. We'll provide a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the product. Packages without an RA# will not be accepted.
